Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Our Private Dental practice in downtown Arlington Heights , Illinois is currently seeking an Experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist. Applicant must be friendly, quick learner, capable of multi-tasking in a private dental practice.

Lakemoor Dental has been practicing for over 15 years and is owned by 1 General Dentist - Dr. Sima Patel. Dr. Sima Patel has over 30 years of dentistry experience and has opened 5 office locations all in Northern Illinois. Our Arlington Heights location has been open for a few years with a great Team to work alongside and friendly patient base. Lakemoor Dental specializes in General and Cosmetic Dentistry, but we also have an Orthodontist, Endodontist, & Implant Dentist on staff.

Full Time Office Hours Include:

Monday: 8 am - 4 pm
Tuesday: 11 am - 7 pm
Wednesday: 8 am - 4 pm
Thursday: 11 am - 7 pm
Friday: 8 am - 1 pm (every other - alternating w/ Saturdays)
Saturday: 8 am - 1 pm (every other - alternating w/ Fridays)

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently
• Verify dental insurance information and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs promptly
• Dental terminology knowledge
• Dental Insurance experience
• Eaglesoft/Dentrix dental software experience a plus, but not required
• At least 1 year dental front desk experience, but willing to train the right candidate
