What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Lakeside Cabins & Sheds?
Lakeside Cabins is a family owned company with our headquarters based right here in Shiloh Ohio. Lakeside has grown exponentially and we are looking to expand our team! Because of this rapid growth, we are currently focused on finding multiple strong sales representatives to join our sales department.
This individual will be responsible for finding, developing, and closing new business within a defined geographic territory.
Through a consultative sales process, an emphasis is placed on identifying and converting sales targets, including detailed tracking of sales prospects to establish a qualified pipeline, and activates, including sales management, CRM, and closing business.
- Experience with an established sales process
- Demonstrated track record in closing new business and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to push past objections to achieve results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- We pay Commission only. 5% on orders with a non refundable draw for the first 4 weeks.
- After the First 30 days we increase the commission to 7%
- After the first 60 days Commission is increased to 10%
