Job Description
The manager manages facility operations personnel and the daily operations of the Lakeview Hospital campus and related off campus sites. This includes oversight and operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, medical gasses and HVAC systems in hospital and clinical settings and management of grounds. The Facilities Manager assures a safe and reliable facility in which to provide medical services.
Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE; M-F

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree, or equivalent, in an engineering related field as well as five years of experience in related field and three years supervision/lead experience.
- Project management and regulatory experience with Authority’s Have Jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities operations, utility, and equipment maintenance and construction.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Have a valid driver’s license in the state of employee residence and meet all criteria required under Lakeview’s Automobile Liability Guidelines.
- 2nd class B boilers license (If not present at hire, must obtain within 6 months of start date).
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with key constituents and all levels of management and employees
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
- Demonstrated highly effective, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable of Joint Commission regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of NFPA and OSHA regulations regarding facility operations.
- Ability to direct and implement repair work, installation and servicing of mechanical and electrical equipment, and building systems.
- Ability to maintain a hazard free facility.
- Healthcare experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
- 1st class B boilers license or equivalent.
- Building automation (BAS) and Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) System experience.
- Multisite facility operations experience.
