Budtender

Lakewood Cannabis is looking for a highly motivated, positive and compassionate Budtender. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, constant desire for self-improvement and attention to details.

Responsibilities and Duties

The main responsibilities of the Budtender include

• Interacting with, educating, and advising customers face-to-face or by phone.
• Operating a POS system to check in customers and complete transactions.
• Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility inside and out.
• Assisting with packaging and trimming as required

• Valid Registry Identification Card - Preferred

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer & equipment operations (preferred)
• Arithmetic necessary for basic inventory and cash management
• Familiarity with history and varieties of medical marijuana, marijuana products and paraphernalia preferred but not required

Physical and Other Requirements

• Ability to spend extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Employees are regularly required to perform grasping and repetitive motions.
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a State background check
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must posses a VALID State of Maine I.D. or Drivers Licenses

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.25 per hour
