Drum - Night Custodian
- Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition commissary’s work, store, office and restroom areas. Duties involve a combination of the following : Sweeping, mopping or scrubbing, and waxing & polishing floors;
- removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, store shelves or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings;
minor maintenance; and cleaning lavatories, and restrooms.
Requirements :
Physical ability to move large, bulky and / or heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, repetitive bending, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
Lamain Industries, LLC is seeking part-time workers. To perform work in our customer’s facilities. You will be a member of a team whose objective of providing our customers with a consistently clean, safe and healthy building environment.
This is a federal contract, as such employees receive a Health and Welfare (H & W) benefit in accordance with the Service Contract Act (SCA) per hour for the first 40 hours in a week.
The hourly pay rate is $ 17.20 . In additon employees are paid $4.57 per hour for Health and Welfare on their paycheck, up to 40 hours per week.
