Lamoille Health Partners, a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare to our underserved community, seeks a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Office Nurse RN/LPN to join our Cambridge team!

In 2010, we added Dentistry to our offerings, followed by Pediatrics in 2012. As part of a major expansion of services, we opened the Lamoille Health Pharmacy retail location in Stowe in 2022, providing fills and refills as well as medication support to the entire community, helping even more people save money on their prescription medicines.
Today, the more than 19,000 members of our community trust Lamoille Health Partners with their healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and collecting specimens.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, verifying insurance, and managing patient flow.
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist with patient education and health promotion initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare protocols and procedures specific to an FQHC setting.
- Participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an FQHC or community health center preferred but we will train the right candidate!
- Strong understanding of the mission and values of FQHCs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
