The Lana Jewelry Sales Associate is responsible for building relationships and effectively driving sales growth and meeting sales goals within the Lana retail store environment. The Sales Associate is responsible for elevating the shopping experience through personal customer service. The Sales Associate has efficient knowledge of luxury, fine jewelry, and fashion, with a high taste level; utilizing these qualities to provide clients with personalized service and enhance their shopping experience.

Finding, developing, and maintaining strong life-long relationships with clients
Deep understanding of the luxury market, specifically Lana Jewelry
Working cross functionally with other members of the team to identify opportunities in how to best nurture customers throughout the sales process, and contribute to a positive team dynamic
Consistently generating new ideas when tackling simple and complex problems
Taking a high-touch approach to delivering top level customer service; elevated styling suggestions; and offering to put the customer first as the highest priority
An out-of-box thinker who is comfortable with change and challenging convention to deliver sales results
As a Sales Associate, you will:Build relationships, curate effective communication methods, curate trunks, give style advice, and fashion tips with clients
Create a welcoming environment within retail store by approaching and servicing customers
Be skilled at gathering intimate knowledge of client preferences, special occasion dates, lifestyle changes, and other pertinent information to best service and suggestive-sell to your clients giving a 360-degree luxury experience
Be proficient in closing sales and upselling to customers
Be proficient in client data analysis, in communicating findings or trends to help better define and support Lana Jewelry best practices in outreach to new and existing clients
Be an eloquent proactive problem solver, and possess capability to anticipate a client’s needs or concerns, and act promptly to determine best solutions
Give constructive feedback of merchandising mix in store to identify best sellers, product needs, and product assortment requests from clients
Stay up to date on luxury industry and fashion trends, strategies, and news to offer recommendations on how to best incorporate into sales
Meet regularly with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, event suggestions, and submit proposals in furtherance of company initiatives to make company sales and personal growth successful
Be creative in executing unique shopping events for your top clients
Lead in operations at point of sale from A-Z
Demonstrate timely follow up and follow through on customer requests and commitments
Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor

Talents

3 years of experience in a similar luxury sales role
Should possess a self-starter approach to work, finding new clients, and strong problem solving skills
Works well under tight deadlines, in a fast-paced creative environment
Passion and Drive for the brand, selling to high profile clients and confidence in
closing the deal

Strong operational, technology skills, excellent presentation, and communication
skills

Social Media and Marketing expertise to reach clients via social platforms
Strong organizational skills, creative, detail-oriented, and possess a strong passion
for the luxury jewelry, fashion, and lifestyle industry

Google Drive, Excel, Microsoft office suites, Netsuite and technical savviness a plus
Expert in being a go-getter to continuously, develop new clients, business strategies, and cold calling outreach
Must have the ability to work full time schedule based on business needs and inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays

References and an existing client book Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
