LandCor Outdoor Development is a landscape design and build company based in North Texas with a primary focus in Southlake and Westlake. Aside from landscape construction, our company is now expanding into lawn care and landscape management and is seeking motivated individuals to drive growth and business presence.
As a BDR, you will be responsible for speaking with HOA's, property management companies, and homeowners in high-end residential neighborhoods to present our landscape maintenance packages and explain how our services can save them money every year.
If you possess an entrepreneurial mindset, this opportunity is for you. Our average BDR's make $6K/month, while our top producers are averaging over $11K. Aside from some of the industry's highest-paying commissions, we also take several company trips every year to Mexico, Bali, and the Virgin Islands as a way to thank you for all your hard work.
This opportunity is commission-based for the first thirty days. After meeting your first sales goal, you will be advanced to a base $70K plus uncapped commission.
Overview Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within HOA's, Property Management Companies, and High-End Residential Homeowners in Southlake and Westlake. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic sales team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers
- Generate leads through various channels, including warm calling and outbound calling
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for business development
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads and manage customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate complex software and technology solutions to potential clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment
- Experience in technology sales or business development is preferred
