Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring excellent service is provided to our clients. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.
Duties:
-Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
-Manage and respond to email communications promptly and professionally.
-Answer client or prospective client phone calls, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
-Ensure company-wide customer service is outstanding by setting and maintaining high standards.
-Train, lead, and motivate the customer service team to achieve excellence.
-Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive customer experience.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Stay updated on real estate market trends and company services to provide informed assistance.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient real estate administrative tasks
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Sales and marketing experience is beneficial
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
-Real estate experience strongly preferred.
