What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefits Coordinator position at Landis Financial Advisors, Inc.?
As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be responsible for educating and comparing benefit packages for clients, helping them select the plan that best meets their needs.
Key Responsibilities as liaison between clients & companies:
· Evaluate plan options
· Determine client needs
· Explain and compare plans
· Enroll clients and service accounts
· Continued education and compliance
· Answer phones
Starting Salary: $50,000 (licensed with little to no experience), $50,000 - $70,000 Salary/Commission if experienced.
Qualifications:
- Active PA life, health, and annuity license and willingness to become AHIP/Pennie certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, & coordinate with a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Bilingual is a plus!
