The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely supporting the HR and Talent Acquisition Team. This is a hands-on support role working on-site Monday through Friday at our Alpharetta, GA US headquarters.

The Human Resources Coordinator will work closely supporting the HR and Talent Acquisition Team. This is a hands-on support role working on-site Monday through Friday at our Alpharetta, GA US headquarters.
Essential Functions:
- Scheduling interviews and assisting candidates who are interviewing on-site in Alpharetta
- Support the local HR Leadership team to include travel scheduling and planning as well as expense report management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors to the Human Resources Department.
- Lead or support engagement committee initiatives.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain HR files including employee and vendor files.
- Reserve meeting and conference rooms and assist in meeting preparation.
- Assist HR Business Partners or internal recruiter in any and all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Support other HR activities as required.
- Must be comfortable working with leaders at all levels.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Experience working with MS office & HRM systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
- Bachelors degree in Human resources or Business management or related field required. New graduates are welcome to apply!
