What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warranty Manager position at Landon Homes?
We are looking for an experienced New Home Warranty Manager!
**Residential warranty experience or related experience required.
Requirements:
- Experience in homebuilding industry required, such as warranty or construction
- Excellent communication skills including effective email communication
- Team orientated with ability to work independently
- Excellent organization skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with homeowner to determine warranty coverage at scheduled appointments
- Ability to communicate warranty coverage with homeowners
- Meet with vendors at homeowners home to resolve warranty concerns that arise
- Control warranty costs
- Be willing to teach homeowners small home maintenance skills
- Able to perform quality walks on houses before closing
- Meet with buyer at final signoff/ orientation to educate functions of home
- Knowledge working in Hyphen/BuildPro a plus
