Spa Supervisor
It is the responsibility of the Spa & salon supervisor to manage the spa & salon service areas, guest care, and guest services with a primary focus on identifying business opportunities and ensuring guest care are above expectations. Ensure that the highest level of guest service is provided and maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- Manage business operations and direct personal service functions of the Spa & salon.
- Ensure quality service for guests and employees is being upheld, including, but not limited to, cleanliness, safety, ethics, and professionalism.
- Oversee all inventory and ordering of retail products and services.
- Manages expenses against budget and maintains continual awareness of expense/loss control to ensure effective management of expenses.
- Recommends/suggests product purchases to customers to maximize product sales.
- Enforcement of sales techniques/procedures throughout all Spa & Salon positions and achievement of daily/monthly revenue goals.
- Collaboration with Spa & Salon leadership on strategies to enhance the sales of the spa & salon & salon by motivating the team.
- Maintain and enforce the policies and procedures for the Spa & salon.
- Enforces standards and direct sanitary maintenance of the Spa & salon in compliance with state, county, and city regulations that affect the Spa and Salon areas.
- Enforce and maintain neatness and cleanliness of workstations across all Spa & Salon positions.
- Maintain and update knowledge of the equipment and services performed in the field.
- Performs personnel functions, including but not limited to counseling, timekeeping, and attendance management.
- Ensure that all spa and salon employees are adequately trained in the spa & salon policies and procedures and the use of all equipment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications
- Ability to manage employees, training and coaching skills with evidence of developing exceptionally motivated teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization, and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English, and articulate
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required, Spa & salon Soft experience preferred.
- 2 year’s experience in spa & salon operations
- The minimum age requirement is 21
Pay Range
USD $20.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr.
