HR Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires a strong understanding of employment labor laws, HR sourcing, interviewing, administrative tasks, training development, human capital management, contracts, workers' compensation, and experience with HR software such as iSolved or Oracle.

Duties:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Support the performance management process by tracking performance reviews and providing guidance to managers
- Assist with employee relations issues and investigations as needed
- Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing weekly payroll, filing, answering phones, and managing HR documentation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Experience with HR sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with HR software such as iSolved or Oracle is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.39 - $23.35 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
