Job Highlights
- Manage Key Accounts for Lanxess Lubricant Additives Business (LAB) with account and budget repsonsibility developing and maintaining key account plans while keeping CRM current
- Manage Regional and Distributor accounts for Lanxess LAB with account and budget responsibility
- Maintain Pricing, visit reports, key focus projects and potentials in CRM Microsoft Dynamics
- Sells value vs competitive offers to gain customer commitments
- Develops product/service improvements for new market opportunitites by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors and customer offerings
- Trade show participation-AFPM, ILMA, STLE and NLGI as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
- 10 years experience
- Selling skills and business savy- with customer focus while driving results
- People management, influencing, relationship & team building- conflict managament
- Strategic thinking, creativity and imagination
- Manages complexity to favorable outcomes
