This role offers a blend of accounting responsibilities and administrative duties, perfect for an organized, detail-oriented professional. LVS Detroit is a tile and stone showroom that displays unique and diverse material for interior and exterior residential and commercial work. This location also is the headquarters for warehouse operations and office/accounting operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Utilize QuickBooks Online for all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and monthly reconciliations.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Administrative Support: Manage front desk duties, schedule appointments, and support team members with various tasks.
- Manage office files and records, ensuring proper organization in physical folders and online cloud folders
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Required skills: experience with Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office like Word, Excel, etc.
- Prior experience with Outlook preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Valid Driver's License and own transportation

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
