Driver Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Call daily leads to uncover new potential drivers who meet our client's standards
- Review driving histories, including MVR, PSP and Clearing House records, before submitting candidates for approval
- Partner with local driving schools, trucking associations and relevant organizations to source potential driver candidates
- Stay connected with recruits through their journey until they reach the yard for orientation
- Work closely with management to ensure drivers' needs are met and recruitment strategies align with company goals
- Maintain up-to-date records on all candidates and recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth hiring process
Driver Recruiter Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales or roles with direct customer interaction
- 1 years of driver recruitment experience or similar preferred, but we're open to motivated individuals eager to learn!
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
