Job Description
- Ensures an excellent customer experience during visit
- Ensures customers have been properly welcomed and greeted, acting as a personal host at entrances and connecting customers with their Sales Rep; offer water, coffee, etc.
- Load vehicles in VAUTO for offsite appraisals with notes and pictures
- Pull up and re-park vehicles for test drives
- Lot assistance such as moving vehicles and clearing snow
- Correctly and completely fill out deal jackets as well as pre- and post-finance documents
- Assist Sales Rep in Delivery, follow up, presentation and Sales process
- Understand FordPass and SYNC system; how to set it up for customers and the benefits of it
- Understand Uconnect and MI Delivery; how to set it up for customers and the benefits of it
- Assist with company events
- Understand digital signing and how to complete offsite deliveries
- Clocks in/out for lunches and work daily.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need.
