Position Title: Microblading Specialist

Location: Laserderm Medi Spa

Job Description:

• Microblading Services:
• Perform professional microblading procedures to create natural-looking eyebrows that enhance the client's facial features.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired brow shape, color, and density.
• Use microblading techniques with precision and artistry to achieve optimal results, taking into account client preferences and facial symmetry.
• Provide clients with detailed aftercare instructions and schedule follow-up appointments to ensure proper healing and long-term satisfaction
• Client Management:
• Establish trust and rapport with clients through attentive and personalized service.
• Address client questions or concerns regarding microblading procedures with professionalism and expertise.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and before/after photos.
• Product Knowledge and Sales:
• Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and products in the microblading industry.
• Educate clients on recommended aftercare products and techniques to enhance healing and prolong the lifespan of their microbladed brows.
• Hygiene and Safety:
• Follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols before, during, and after each microblading procedure.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools, including sterilization and disinfection procedures.
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures related to infection control and client safety.

Qualifications:

• Certification in microblading from a reputable training program.
• Proven experience performing microblading procedures in a spa or salon environment.
• Strong artistic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction and safety.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
