📢We are looking for our next MOC ANALYST for our Maintenance area in Miami, who will be responsible for providing technical support during the operation to Operations and Maintenance Technicians of the different bases where Latam operates, in order to maintain a smooth operation, minimizing technical disruptions.
✍️What would be your main challenges?
- Provide technical support during the operation to the Maintenance Technicians of the different bases where Latam operates in the analysis and solution of failures and the generation of MEL deferrals in order to minimize technical disruptions.
- Management of technical contingencies and AOG. Coordinate and align the Recovery Plan with the different areas, as well as keep the organization informed of the progress and estimated return to service of the aircraft.
- Maintain communication with the areas that interact with the MOC CAO (Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Flight Control, Planning, etc.).
- Aircraft Operation and Scheduled Maintenance Monitoring.
- Comply with the applicable protocol for Operational Safety Events.
👍What do you need to be our next MOC Analyst?
- To be an Aeronautical Maintenance Technician with previous experience. Possession of A&P license will be highly valued.
- At least 5 years of work experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work on a shift basis.
