Hub Wine Corporation is seeking a full-time Sales Service Specialist in Massachusetts.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a tidy work environment
- Previous experience in a retail business setting
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications for Merchandiser
-High school diploma or GED
-1-2 years of experience working in retail, restaurant or merchandising
-Must be able to lift 40 lbs
-Must be able to squat, sit and stand
-Are required to travel to client locations throughout South Shore Massachusetts on a daily basis (drivers license required).
