Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record-keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Record all financial transactions, ensuring they are properly documented and classified.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial forecasts and budgets to support planning and decision-making.
Present financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities as required.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the organization's financial performance.
Identify areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvement.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results with budgeted or forecasted figures.
Compliance and Regulation:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
