Job Description:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and filing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, as well as experience with onboarding and HR filing processes. The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for all employees throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. This position offers 1-2 days of remote work per week.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinating and conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files
- Assisting with employee relations issues and investigations
- Supporting HR initiatives and projects as needed
- Providing general administrative support to the HR department
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
