What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Technician (Law Office) position at Latitude, Inc.?

This position is fully on-site in Baltimore, MD. The salary for this position is $55-60k/yr. Candidates from a law office or legal firm environment are preferred. 

Responsibilities 

  • Installing and configuring corporate hardware and equipment
  • Supporting and maintaining IT equipment and assets
  • Performing on-site analysis and diagnosing
  • Developing and maintaining inventory of all IT related assets including monitors, keyboards, hubs, routers, switches, hard drives and more 

Requirements 

  • Prior experience working in law office or legal firm
  • Around 2 years of IT experience 
  • Experience configuring, troubleshooting, networking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred but not required

 

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
