WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Marketing & Performance:
- Own recap analysis and messaging for tests run on FinanceBuzz.com.
- Communicate clearly with supporting teams to illustrate results next steps
- Become a subject matter expert on FinanceBuzz's business model, pricing needs and performance
- Be able to identify trends across advertisers and/or platforms and make optimization suggestions
Data & Analytics:
- Review data sets to uncover insights that allow for greater efficiencies.
- Leverage in depth analysis to create better data driven strategies.
- Provide clear and detailed recaps of tests performed and outcomes
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in digital media
- Hands on experience working with analyzing data in order to make insightful decisions

- A results-driven approach with exceptional detail and knowledge around performance metrics, specifically A/B testing, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis
- Strong business acumen and enthusiasm about identifying trends and marketing opportunities
- Impeccable communication skills; open, clear and consistent, both verbally and written
- Meticulous attention to detail with all of the final work that you create. This needs to hold true for both analytical and creative work.
- A strong bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality
- Extremely persistent by nature and unwilling to lose or leave problems unsolved.
- Intellectually curious and self-motivated to constantly learn.
Bonus points for:
- Familiarity with Excel for Data Analysis
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, GoogleAnalytics, etc.)
- Experience with Wordpress or similar a CMS equivalent
