Office Admin

Lavender Pest Control is seeking a member to add to our team. We have been in the Pest Control business since 1977 and are continuing to grow.

Applicant must be customer friendly, honest, service oriented, and dedicated to providing the best service possible.

If you are a people person who enjoys a great work environment and loves to help others then we'd love to talk with you. Applicant must be dedicated, trustworthy, and able to manage their time well with little supervision. Applicant must be able to pass an initial and random drug screens as well as a background check.

This position will perform a variety of admin tasks including: billing, answering phones, responding to emails, digital filing, entering data into software, and other tasks to help the COO.

Benefits include: health insurance after 90 days, matching retirement,

Monday-Friday, no weekends. The Office is open from 8 am - 5 pm. One hour lunch break.

Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with office operations, including but not limited to: mail, email, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist with office management projects as needed.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the delivery of supplies to the office. (Amazon)
  • Help maintain the office calendar.
  • Coordinate with the sales department regarding marketing activities in the office.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the COO.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel); knowledge of general computer applications (email, internet, etc.); ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
