The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Account Executive to join our client's team in Falls Church, VA. In this role, you'll work with high-profile prospects, leveraging your sales expertise to close deals and contribute to our client's mission of data protection.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new enterprise clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, targets and KPIs
  • Conduct product demos and articulate value propositions to CIOs, CISOs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals averaging $200,000 ARR
  • Collaborate with BDRs to qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline updates to the VP of Sales

What You Bring

  • At least 4 years of full cycle SaaS sales experience in the Mid-Market/Enterprise segment
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong background selling to CIOs, CISOs in Fortune 1000 companies
  • Ideally, a background in data privacy and security and understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRMs and sales tools (Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, Seamless)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work from the office in Falls Church, VA 3 days per week

Interviewing Process

  • Level 1 - 30-min virtual interview with the Founder/CEO (General fit)
  • Level 2 - 30-min virtual interview with the VP of Sales (In-depth interview)
  • Level 3 - On-site interview in the office (Cultural fit/Final)
  • Reference and Background Checks: conducted after successful interviews
  • Job Offer: provided to the selected candidate
