Job Summary:

The IT Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, reliable IT services to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of IT professionals, developing strategic plans, and fostering a strong relationship with the client. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the delivery of IT services.
• Oversee the management of IT service delivery to our clients.
• Provide leadership and direction to a dedicated team of IT professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT services, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, such as ITIL, and any client-specific requirements.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and ensure that the team is equipped to leverage them effectively.
• Track and manage SLAs, and measure progress using KPIs.

 Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services, preferably with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

• Proven experience managing IT service delivery with a track record of success in meeting and exceeding client expectations.
• Strong technical background, with experience in a wide range of technologies, platforms, and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with the client, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving results for the client.
• Willingness and ability to work in an in-office setting in the Allentown, PA area. Travel on occasion.
• Industry certifications are a big plus.
