Our law firm is seeking an experienced PIP Arbitration Attorney to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our rapidly expanding practice. The ideal candidate must possess at least 4 years of PIP experience.
Responsibilities:
· Experienced NJ PIP/No-Fault arbitration attorney
· Ability to independently handle heavy case list
· Experience with:
o Preparing and submitting fee schedule breakdowns and pre- and post-hearing submissions
o Arbitration hearings
o Preparing and submitting Requests for Modification/Clarification and appeals
o Proficient with PDF program to electronically prepare exhibits
o Ability to settle arbitrations when necessary
