Retail Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing the store, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the retail French market, including sales, inventory, and customer service, vender service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, recruit vendors, and meet targets
- Train and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and attract customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for retail staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Knowledge of wireless sales is preferred
- Proficient in budgeting and payroll management
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and training programs
