Immediate Opening! Our Law Firm is looking to hire a part time employee which with transfer into full time. Looking for a reliable dependable secretary. Skills should include:

  • Self Motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to Multi Task
  • Organized
  • Proficiency with Computers (Word Perfect, Adobe) and E-filing
  • Knowledge and preparation for discovery requests and responses, and drafting of motions
  • Capable of answering phones and schedulingResponsibilities:

Answering phones, scheduling, filing, drafting legal documents, photo copying, and scanning. You will also need to provide administrative support to the attorney. We are looking for someone who has good organizational skills with the ability to operate and navigate a computer.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree is a plus
  • Legal Experience is a plus
  • Must be organized and have the ability to multi task
  • Professionalism

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kingston, NY 12401: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
