Job Title: Immigration Paralegal/Law Clerk/Attorney
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Immigration Paralegal/Law Clerk/Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist attorney in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration law procedures and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and filing various employment-based and family-based immigration petitions (EB-1, EB-2 (NIW), EB-3) and applications
- Manage document review processes efficiently
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files using document management systems
- Provide administrative support to attorneys during the preparation for hearings
- Assist in drafting legal documents (NIW and EB-1 support letters) related to immigration matters
Experience:
- Bilingual in Korean preferred
- Proven experience working in a law firm environment, preferably specializing in immigration law
- Familiarity with family law is a plus
- Proficiency in using document management systems for case organization
- Ability to conduct legal research independently using resources like Westlaw
- Experience in clerical tasks such as file maintenance and client communication
