Scheduling Coordinator/Secretary
Medford law firm seeks a full time Scheduling Coordinator/Secretary. Duties include managing attorney's schedules, setting up depositions, process of service, communication with clients, adjusters and other law firms, and answering phones.
Great opportunity for those looking to break into legal profession, as most promotions come from within. Many paralegals have started at this position.
Experience in legal environment is helpful but not required. Must have a professional attitude and appearance; excellent communication skills; ability to multitask and possess time management skills with the ability to prioritize.

Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus.
