National Law Firm has an opening for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 -5 years of experience in Litigation. This Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant will be working with a Practice Group working in Real Estate, Construction and Bankruptcy law. You need to be detail oriented, organized, computer savvy, and understand the discovery process in Nevada to be successful in this position.

- Calendaring and monitoring Discovery deadlines
- Preparing discovery shells for the Attorneys
- Managing incoming calls, mail and emails
- Working with the clients, courts, opposing counsel and your attorneys
