Japanese Sushi Chef

### Job Summary:

Please note the minimum 2 years of working as a Japanese sushi experience.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Japanese sushi chef to join our team. You must have a minimum experience in making rolls quickly and efficiently. You will be working in the back end and will not have to interact with any customers.

This job is 6 days a week.

### Responsibilities:

- Prepare dishes in intricate detail
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including prep tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up tables or restocking supplies

### Qualifications:

• Need to have at least 1 years of Japanese Sushi Restaurant experience

- Knowledge of basic math skills for preparing dishes
- Familiarity with kitchen process
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Basic knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is beneficial
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas according to health regulations
