Possess or ability to obtain pesticide technician license. Ability to operate and provide preventative maintenance on heavy/light equipment. Possess irrigation maintenance experience or ability to obtain working knowledge of irrigation systems for repair. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, keel, crouch, or crawl and sit.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to extreme.
Working in cold, hot, and wet conditions is required.

- Experience operating zero-turn mower equipment is preferred.
- Experience operating blowers, edgers, and various hand tools is preferred.
- Ability to operate and provide preventative maintenance on heavy/light equipment preferred.
- Possess irrigation maintenance experience or ability to obtain working knowledge of irrigation systems for repair.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.
