Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of sales experience is Preferred
- At least one year solar sales experience is Preferred
- Company generated pre-set qualified appointments available
- Must be willing to also utilize all avenues to self-generate leads (door knocking, social media, cold calling, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation and a willingness to travel, if necessary
- Highly motivated, self-starters with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Requirements:
- Manage all leads and opportunities: both provided and self-generated
- Create and present solar proposals effectively to prospective customers either in person or virtually
- Close 1 deal per calendar week
- Participate in weekly training workshops to help develop your solar sales skills
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers regularly to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience
- Communicate on a daily basis with your Team Manager to establish and accomplish goals
