What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor, Compensation position at Lazydays RV?
- Maintain and ensure the competitiveness of global salary structures and compensation programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation programs, guidelines, and procedures, recommending revisions or new plans as needed.
- Develop recommendations for annual salary review policies, such as merit matrices, budgets, and equity adjustments.
- Provide counsel to HR partners on compensation-related activities.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking activities, ensuring competitiveness and trends through job evaluation and data analytics.
- Oversee development and maintenance of job descriptions and position classifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations impacting compensation, and related areas, including pay equity laws, FLSA, and relevant IRS regulations, just to name a few. Consult with legal counsel as needed
- Collaborate and consult with HR Business Partners and Recruiting on offers, promotions, transfers, and develop policies and guidelines to support the organizations continued growth.
- Manage various projects, including survey participation, global salary structure reviews, and incentive program evaluations.
- Support the professional development of junior team members.
Qualifications:
- BS, BA, or graduate degree in business or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation (including Executive compensation) bonus structures, equity programs, etc
- Strong project management skills and ability to work across functions and geographies.
- Highly developed analytical skills with ability to interpret, bring insights and apply judgement.
- High standards of quality and accuracy
