General Characteristics
LB Water Service, Inc. is seeking a professional with a friendly attitude and ability to multitask to serve as our company’s Corporate Receptionist. We are a local company with a small-town, non-corporate feeling. You will work a set schedule that’s free of weekend and evening hours.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary for building
· Manage kitchen inventory and place orders as necessary for building
· Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
· Manage conference rooms/Coordinate and maintain schedule
· Plans all in-house activities like meeting lunches, celebrations and events
· Perform other clerical duties like filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or GED
· At least two years of experience in customer service and office work
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work independently after given direction and training on specific tasks.
· Strong organizational skills
· Proactively identifies problems and offers solutions.
· Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize ever-changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
· A quick study with ability to master the day-to-day office tasks and quickly establishes themselves as a “go to” person
· Takes ownership of position and other delegated tasks and demonstrates passion for the success of the team and company at large
