What are the responsibilities and job description for the ATS Analyst position at LBrands?
Provide level 2, in-person and customer focused support of office related technologies, systems and services. Primary focus for customer support is Individual Contributor – VP. Is a key resource for Specialists to escalate issues while also required to flex to support level 1 issues during peak periods.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Level 1 support during peak periods
Level 2 support – defined as: anything needing in person support.
Analyze software/hardware performance issues
Create, properly document, categorize and close interactions
Appropriately escalate interactions as needed
Partner with other groups to resolve multi-layer problems
On call support: after hours and weekends as per rotation schedule
Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA): 95% incident resolution
Stay knowledgeable and keep current in the incident space.
Possess general technology knowledge, including:

- Windows 7, Windows 10
- MAC OSX
- Office 2010
- Printer
- Audio/Video
- VMWare View
- Cisco VPN
- HP Service Manager & Cherwell
- Associate Desktop
- Hardware knowledge (hard drive, etc.)
- Deploy hardware
- Install customized software
Project related tasks within building
Awareness and escalation of compliance and security related issues
Continue to remain educated through knowledgebase
Ability to work and build relationships at Individual contributor to VP level.
Influence entry level specialists
Business partnership/conduit with brands
Observations based on daily tasks
Core projects with lower complexity
Executes with direction
Make decisions to obtain SLA
2-4 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
