What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Talent Acquisition - Stores position at LBrands?
We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead all hiring initiatives across the Victoria’s Secret Stores organization. This leader will be responsible for managing, leading and coaching a team of recruiters and coordinators across the country ensuring the team has the capability to identify, build and deliver a diverse and inclusive pipeline of candidates to the organization.
- Must possess the ability to:
- Build strong relationships with business partners to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.
- Intentional focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion when recruiting for key positions within the organization.
- Develop talent and succession planning strategies to identify top internal and external talent.
- Acts as a strategic partner with stores leaders and hiring managers by providing expertise in leveraging external networks and social media as part of the sourcing strategy and recruitment marketing.
- Assure integrity and consistency of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and policies, to meet organizational, regulatory, or legal requirements.
- Align with the VP of Talent Acquisition and other leads to maintain consistent best practices and experience for candidates/hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of field Talent Acquisition experience in organizations known for "best practices" in recruitment.
- Experience with building talent networks through social media recruiting and marketing is required.
- Experience in leading, coaching and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals in a virtual environment.
- Strong curiosity and competitive drive, 'get things done' work ethic, and motivation to learn, grow and succeed.
- Must have the ability to be a highly effective relationship builder while consistently delivering results.
- Excellent understanding of effective recruiting trends with ability to adapt and implement into operating models that support stores recruitment with positive results.
- Champion, educate and influence leaders to adapt quickly to talent acquisition specific shifts in direction; considering impacts to business and partners.
- Must have the ability to travel.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
