Required field. Local, independently owned and operated insurance company is growing and is looking for an Office Assistant to provide great support and customer service.

This is a great opportunity for individuals that want to learn about the insurance industry and possibly get licensed .

Location :

Missoula, MT (In-person position)

Schedule :

• Monday through Thursday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Fridays 8 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.
Wage :
• $16.00
• $16.00

• Opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent (licensing paid by the company)

Responsibilities :

• Responding to main phone line / front desk insurance inquiries, questions, and requests for information as needed.
• Provide great customer service and support all office staff with any projects or assistance required.
• Process mortgage changes, scanning, and filing.
• Collect and process payments.
• File claims as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications include :

• Previous office experience.
• Previous experience in Insurance company environment a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
