RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Approval and Order Processing


  • Work with sales teams to process equipment orders.
  • Approves orders based on accuracy and complete paperwork and information.
  • Processes all equipment movement requests from the sales team.
  • Responsible for uploading all documents to a shared folder so the information is accessible for billing.
  • Updates order status as order moves through process.


Lease Process

  • Acts as liaison between the leasing coordinator and the sales team.
  • Upon approval ensures that lease documents are filled in completely and accurately.


Scheduling / Logistics


  • Work with warehouse and shop for all equipment deliveries.
  • Submit all equipment orders to the warehouse for preflight.
  • Notify sales reps as to the availability of all equipment orders.
  • Scheduling and expediting all equipment deliveries with the carriers.
  • Contact customers to schedule the delivery.
  • Forward copies of each scheduled delivery to dispatch & systems group for installation.
  • Liaison between all carriers, warehouse, sales team, and systems group.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, but also able to contribute individually.
  • Must be proficient with MS office products.
