Our outside sales representatives are experienced in daily business cold-calling, building territories and developing our Le Bleu brand. Le Bleu provides our sales representatives with a 3-month, training salary equivalent to an annualized rate of $45,000. Then, sales representatives receive a $35,000 base salary plus commission, an industry-leading benefits package including a matching 401K, and first year realistic earnings of $55,000 to $75,000 with uncapped commissions. As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Prospect for new business leads
- Utilize professional follow-up techniques
- Canvas daily with-in an assigned territory
- Report daily activities, prospect touch points and results
- Communicate with prospects about the Le Bleu difference
- Maintain a database of prospective clients interested in Le Bleu’s services
The successful candidate will also have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitive nature and a strong desire to win
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience in Microsoft Office products
- Professional, reliable, responsive, punctual
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Prior B2B selling experience is required
