WHO YOU ARE
As our seasonal sales associate, your primary role is to be to provide customer service excellence and to support our store team to achieve its sales and service goals. You model and maintain excellent customer service, effective communicaton, teamwork, product knowledge and appropriate selling techniques. You are motivated, efficient, and flexible in an environment with changing priorities. You come to work every day with a smile on your face, a can-do attitude and a commitment to creating joyful brand experiences for our customers.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Meet company sales, service and KPI goals to support
- Consistently use the Recipe for Successful Selling approach while interacting with customers, in addition to promoting in-store promotions, contests and incentives.
- Utilize Friedman performance tools to enhance selling behaviors, including cross selling, suggestive selling, add-ons, set selling, etc.
- Leverage reporting tools to track and maintain individual results.
Deliver a joyful customer experience to support Brand standards
- Add customers to Personal Trade.
- Utilize and demonstrate product knowledge to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Executes and maintain store standards to meet business needs
- Maintain visual standards, store merchandising practices and inventory control activities.
- Follow plans/directions/schedules and act with a sense of urgency to meet the changing priorities, store needs and demands of the business.
- Adhere to operational and safety policies and procedures.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- High school Current or Equivalent
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to be mobile on the salesfloor for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility in scheduling to the needs of the business, including weeknights, weekends and holidays
