ServiceTitan is looking for a Sales Strategy Analyst with strong critical thinking, communication, and technical skills to be a big part of the always-exciting Sales division of GTM Strategy & Operations. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, rapidly-growing, and fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to the Manager of Sales Strategy & Operations. What you'll do: Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Finance, and Product team Develop and implement Salesforce and Tableau reporting infrastructure to help support the business in driving efficiency and revenue growth Own analytics projects from start to finish, working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings Be able to dig deep into a problem statement and stress test current KPI’s to ensure confidence and consistency in our reporting Understand gaps and blindspots in current reporting, develop strategy, and work closely with Sales Operations to continuously refine and improve ways to capture data Partner with business leads to create and present Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Review materials What you'll bring: BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, required 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, required 2 years of Salesforce & Tableau experience, required Strategy/Finance experience in SaaS or Start-up environment, required Be Human With Us: Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
