Reporting to the Associate Program Manager, the Support Specialist I is a key member of the CLEAResult team as they are the first point of contact for all Saskatchewan customers. Our Saskatchewan team currently delivers an energy efficiency program that assists customers with an income of 70k or less with reducing their energy bills through the installation of energy-saving products and one-on-one coaching with an Energy Coach. The Support Specialist will perform outbound calls to schedule appointments as well as take inbound calls to provide program information, or handle escalations. This position is 100% remote and its preferred that the candidate is in Saskatchewan.
