Associate Director Biosimilar Area Lead- West Amplity has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director Biosimilar Area Lead. Each Associate Director will cover their region. Utilize your successful people and account management experience in a special way. We are seeking talented Associate Directors with buy and bill, contracting experience with regional payers, hospitals and IDNs to help build our team. This is a salaried position offering an attractive base salary, bonus potential, generous PTO, and paid holidays. A full benefit package including 401K, medical, dental, vision, and additional benefits are provided. The Associate Director Biosimilar Area Lead is responsible for performance standards of assigned territory ensuring all program goals, metrics and financial measurements are achieved/overachieved manages various aspects of employee’s employment experiences including hiring, performance management, administrative, expense management, employee related areas. The Sales Account Manager reports to the National Program Sales Director. They will work closely with the client sales management and leadership to support all client program goals, removing barriers for successful achievement of desired results. The Sales Account Manager will also have responsibility for contracting with Regional Payers, Integrated Delivery Networks and Regional Hospitals. They will serve as the Account Lead for the IDNs in their area geography. Please apply at once if you meet or exceed the below requirements Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Contracting with Regional Payers, Integrated Delivery Networks and Regional Hospitals Serve as Account Lead for IDNs in area geography Accountable for achieving annual business objectives Build, develop, manage, and lead a team Ensure target sales goals are met and exceeded Communicate team objectives in ways that promote teamwork and a strong sense of shared goals among team members. Effectively plan and facilitate required meetings Evaluate employee territory performance and monitor productivity, metrics, workload, and output, while ensuring compliance with policies and processes and addressing issues through corrective action process as they arise. Interview and hire employees in an EEO compliant manner. Monitor employee compliance with all company policies and procedures. Maintain required technical and product expertise including competitive knowledge. Ensure all employees fully comply with all laws, regulations, and code of conduct. Lead team to successfully meet and exceed all client and team objectives. Manage call activity according to defined expectations, with the purpose of influencing customers and increasing sales for commercial. Fully comply with all laws, regulations and Amplity Solutions Policies, Code of Conduct, all privacy and data guidelines, relevant state and federal laws and regulations, and terms and conditions prescribe in the Sample Administration Agreements and PDMA Guidelines. Education, Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required. Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/medical experience required 8 years preferred A minimum of 2 years district manager pharmaceutical sales management experience required, A minimum of 5 years preferred Experience hiring and developing pharmaceutical sales representatives Buy and Bill experience Experience calling on Integrated Delivery Networks and Regional Hospitals needed Contracting experience Experience working with Regional Payers Biologics experience a plus Willingness to travel as needed nationally on a weekly basis Excellent technical skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, meeting platforms Strong planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
