JOB TITLE: School Counselor (Spanish speaking preferred)
REPORTS TO: Principal
Be a LEADer. Counsel and support our students’ social and emotional needs with LEAD Public Schools.
School counselors with LEAD Public Schools play a large role in establishing a positive school culture while supporting the diverse needs of our students within the school. Counselors work as mediators for student issues and help prevent potential future behavioral, emotional, and education needs by partnering with teachers, deans, assistant principals, and school directors to come up with solutions that are in our students’ best interests. We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish speaking) counselor for 2020-2021.
