Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Staffing Specialist. The Staffing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales and operations including communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales activities as well as recruiitment and onboarding of resources. This role is based in Plainville, MA, with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in sales and employee management
  • Ability to acept sales training
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of skilled trade industries is a plus
